User-Friendly: Equipped with a PLC touch LCD display in Chinese and English, allowing for easy operation. Cutting duration, speed, length, and quantity are adjustable; automatic feeding, counting, high precision, and fast speeds enable multiple strips to be cut simultaneously with quick and simple length adjustments!

Cutting Quality: Pneumatic hot cutting with dual tungsten steel blades ensures smooth and complete cuts without black edges or fraying!

Cutting Specifications: Cutting length: various specifications from 1.5m to 10m (customizable); cutting width: 20-200mm; cutting thickness: 1-6mm!

Feeding Mechanism: Driven by a servo motor with a wide linear rail, ensuring fast and durable operation; the customized feeding hand has a secure grip (two per set, customizable for more); the feeding platform features an automatic flipping structure that delivers and neatly stacks the cut webbing into the lower collection hopper; the automatic organizing machine, controlled by a servo motor and inverter, is equipped with optical sensors for smooth sorting of uneven materials!

Feeding Wheel Design: The upper feeding wheel can be two separate wheels or a single unit (optional); the length measurement uses a German-imported Omron encoder, which does not count length when the wheel is free-spinning!

Pneumatic Marking: Multiple stations can operate simultaneously, with a pen hole diameter of 15mm-10mm for various pen selections; the marking position can be adjusted freely within the effective stroke. The minimum marking distance is 4cm-100cm!

Fault Alarm: The device is equipped with an automatic fault alarm light. In case of a malfunction during operation, the machine will sound an alarm!
