1. Equipped with a PLC touch LCD display in Chinese and English, allowing for easy operation. Cutting duration, speed, length, and quantity are adjustable; automatic feeding, counting, high precision, and fast speeds enable multiple strips to be cut simultaneously with quick and simple length adjustments!

2. Cutting Quality: Pneumatic hot cutting with dual tungsten steel blades ensures smooth and complete cuts without black edges or fraying!

3. Cutting Specifications: Cutting length: 50mm to 50m; cutting width: 20-200mm; cutting thickness: 1-6mm!

4. Feeding Mechanism: Equipped with double independent feeding wheels or a single integrated wheel (optional); length measurement uses imported Omron encoders, ensuring no length is counted when the wheels are idle; the automatic sorting machine is controlled by a servo motor and inverter, with an optical sensor for smooth sorting of uneven materials!

5. Conveyor Table: Available in various length specifications (customizable), driven by a closed-loop servo motor with operational speeds up to 2200 RPM; bearing rollers work with the pushing mechanism to swiftly and evenly push the webbing onto the receiving hopper!

6. Fault Alarm System: The machine is equipped with a self-fault alarm light; in the event of a malfunction during operation, the machine will automatically alarm!

7. Optional Automatic Marking Function: Pneumatic marking system with two sets of marking points operating simultaneously; various pens with a hole diameter of 15mm-10mm can be used, and the distance of marking points can be adjusted freely within the effective stroke!
