The feeding machine uses servo motors and asynchronous servo motors for driving, providing high power and speed; the upper and lower transmission uses two embossed gears to ensure the webbing remains flat and does not roll during transport; equipped with fiber optic sensors for better synchronization and higher precision in cutting and feeding!

PLC display for easy operation; driven by servo motors, capable of feeding about 500 meters continuously in one minute, which is twice the speed of ordinary stepper motors!

Pneumatic hot cutting with dual tungsten steel blades ensures smooth and complete cuts without black edges or fraying!

Cutting length: 10cm-50m; cutting width: 20-200mm; cutting thickness: 1-6mm!

The feeding top wheel can be either two independent separate wheels or one integrated wheel for feeding (optional); the length counting method uses German Omron encoders, which do not count length when the wheels are idling!
