Pneumatic hot cutting with upper and lower dual blades made of tungsten steel; cutter shapes can be customized per client requests (right angle, bevel, quadrilateral); cutting edges are smooth, complete, without black edges or fraying!

Cutting length: 10cm-50m; cutting width: 20mm-90mm (straight cut) / 20mm-70mm (bevel cut)!

Feeding uses two independent wheels; length measurement employs a German Omron encoder, which does not count length during wheel idle!

PLC display for easy operation; feeding is driven by a servo motor, achieving approximately 500m of continuous feeding per minute; rotation is driven by a stepper motor for precision!

This is a fully automatic dual-purpose cutting machine for both straight and bevel cuts, with upper and lower dual blades capable of cutting two straps simultaneously!
